finalli i haf a chance to book out on fri...yst booked out at ard 745...woots man...had a long weekend for once...i retook ippt yst..hoping to achieve gold..but i disappoint myself again...i tell myself to run fast...but i juz feel like i cnt run any faster...and i maintain at tt pace....2.4 got 10.20++ i tink...why m i deproving...cat test 10 flat...test 1 10.13 and now 10.20++....wth? when can i reach 9.44...zzz...it juz seem so hard...on a happier note...my chin up finalli reach 13...o wow man...and my SBJ improve from 234 to 243..YES...now i am a max pointer...all 5 points....juz tt i got silver...dotx....left wif 2.4km as a hurdle.....
o ya..i pass soc oso..yes man..finalli...10.16 for SOC...qte slow i wuld say...but i realise...my running sux...tt is wat tt keep pulling mi dwn for everythin....zzz...damn...
yst RO heard got PTI selection...stunned a bit..why again sia..isit mean tt my previous selection void?? zzz den clement say tt 1 is swimming instructor..realli meh..i realli hope it is sia..if nt my previous selection void i haf to do again wth...i tt time struggle to get de interview sia...i dunwan go thrugh it again...will stress de....can onli hope realli is swimming instructor selection lo....
